Each year the Fairs and Functions Group put on a number of events several of which are themed evening meals. Pictures of others can be found by following the links in the side panel.
Our 2011 Harvest Supper was held in the parish Hall on 30th September with 66 people attending.
The meal consisted of roast gammon with roast potatoes, root vegetable mash, green beans, carrots and mustard sauce. This was followed by rubarb crumble and custard plus cheese/biscuits, jelly, ice cream and fruit. All finished off with tea and coffee. A great supper indeed!!
The evening was rounded off with a raffle and the choir entertained us with a series of songs.
